VOV.VN - The Department of Overseas Labour under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) and the local authorities of Mie Prefecture of Japan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on sending and accepting workers to the locality from Vietnam.
