The Vietnamese Embassy in China, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security’s Representative Office, has held a ceremony in Beijing to commemorate the 80th anniversaries of the August Revolution, the People’s Public Security force (August 19, 1945–2025), and the founding of Vietnam’s diplomatic sector (August 28, 1945–2025).

Eight education – training projects will begin their construction on August 19 to mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2, 1945-2025), the Ministry of Education and Training has reported.

Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu has affirmed that preparations for the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day are a particularly important political task, bearing profound historical, political, and national unity significance.

In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2), the Government will host a nationwide hybrid ceremony on August 19 to simultaneously inaugurate and break ground for around 250 projects at 80 sites across the country.

The Hanoi Department of Public Security has announced a traffic rerouting plan to facilitate events marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945–2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945–2025).
