VOV.VN - The export of Vietnamese pepper to the German market witnessed an increase during the first five months of the year, while the European nation simultaneously reduced their imports of the agricultural product from Brazil.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has urged firms to control the quality of pepper exported to India and develop solutions to cope with policies affecting the export of pepper from Vietnam.

The export of many agricultural products, especially industrial crops such as pepper, rubber, tea, and cashew nuts, fell remarkably from January to July due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

VOV.VN - Vietnamese businesses have been granted permission to receive back 58 containers of pepper after they had been left stuck in Birgunj port in Nepal and Kolkata port in India.

VOV.VN-After receiving information regarding 58 export containers stuck in Nepal, India, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh signed a letter to the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies of Nepal to request support for Vietnamese businesses.
