VOV.VN - A total of 39 COVID-19 checkpoints aimed at controlling the movement of local people in and out of red zones in Hanoi were removed following an announcement made by local authorities regarding the easing of social distancing rules.
VOV.VN - Police forces in Hanoi deployed checkpoints throughout the capital from the night of September 3 to control the flow of vehicles and people between high-risk areas or red zones, and other parts of the city to curb the spread of COVID-19.
