VOV.VN - Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Duy, a 21-year-old from the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho, won the Miss Vietnam National 2024 crown after surpassing 58 other contestants in the grand finale held in Ho Chi Minh City on December 28.
