Mexican Labour Party General Secretary, Alberto Anaya Gutierrez on February 10 visited the staff of the Vietnam News Agency and the doctors at the Vietnam Acupuncture Institute.

Vietnam has reduced its poverty rate from 58.1 percent in 1993 to 9.45 percent in 2010, successfully achieving the United Nations Millenium Development Goals (MDGs), said Vietnam’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN.

Vietnamese people welcome the New Year with Spring coming to every corner of the country. They are happy and proud that Vietnam has weathered the storm and still maintained a high economic growth rate of 6.7 percent.

Spring is a season of hope. It is a time for everyone to review old things and look forward to new ones. In an historian’s eyes, receiving new things is heritability.
