Mr Guitierrez wished the reporters and doctors good health, happiness and greater achievements in fulfilling their tasks, making active contribution to consolidating the relationship between the two peoples, two nations and two parties.

Through the information channel of the Vietnam News Agency, Mexican Senator Anaya also sent New Year wishes to the Vietnamese people, the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the Government of Vietnam.

Mr Anaya affirmed the Labour Party’s determination to consolidate and expand the friendship and practical cooperation with Vietnam in future, especially with the CPV and relevant agencies. He highlighted the results of the 11^th National Party Congress and expressed his belief that the approved resolutions would be put into practice for the benefits of Vietnamese people.

Regarding the cooperation between the two parties, Party General Secretary Anaya highlighted the recent achievements as a firm foundation for both sides to implement new projects for the benefits of the two peoples.

At the meeting with the staff, the Senator Anaya also shared his experiences from receiving acupuncture treatment from the doctors from the Vietnam Acupuncture Institute and learnt more about Vietnam’s Lunar New Year traditions.
