The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), one of the top 10 universities in Asia, has announced that it will offer 15 full scholarships to outstanding Vietnamese high school students each year.

Souliya Kiewphilavong, Chief of Office of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union Central Committee visited the Vietnamese student dormitory of the National University of Laos in Vientiane on August 2 to encourage and present the students with gifts worth 12 million kip (US$1,254).
