Based on the outcomes of the official visit to Russia by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam from May 8 -11, the two countries have issued a joint statement outlining major directions for the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership in a new period of cooperation.
