Officials in the northern province of Ninh Binh have taken prompt measures to resolve difficulties faced by Japanese businesses operating in the locality.
Japan has invested in 5,369 projects worth US$76.76 billion in Vietnam as of the end of the second quarter this year, making it the third largest foreign investor in the country, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van told the 9th Vietnam-Japan Conference on Construction in Hanoi.
The People's Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau held a dialogue with Japanese enterprises on July 31 to help remove difficulties and address problems facing them while operating in the southern province.
