NA Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong begins official visit to Japan
VOV.VN - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong arrived in Fukuoka on the morning of September 25 to begin an official working visit to Japan, with the aim of strengthening bilateral ties and parliamentary diplomacy.

During the visit, the NA Vice Chairman will engage in a broad array of activities designed to promote cooperation between the two countries.
Shortly after arrival, Tran Quang Phuong held a meeting with Governor of Fukuoka Prefecture Hattori Seitaro, exchanging views on cooperation between Fukuoka and Vietnamese localities, as well as bilateral relations. The Japanese side expressed appreciation for the existing cooperation and emphasized a desire to deepen ties further in the time ahead.
In the afternoon of September 25, Tran Quang Phuong and his delegation will meet with representatives of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly. This event marks a key pillar of parliamentary diplomacy actively pursued by the Vietnamese NA, which has achieved practical results.

Later that day, Vice Chair Tran Quang Phuong will meet the Vietnamese community in Fukuoka and attend celebrations marking the 80th National Day of Vietnam and the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Fukuoka.
On September 26, the delegation is scheduled to participate in important activities in Oita Province in southern Japan, furthering exchanges and cooperation.
