Hanoi plans to host more international music festivals, reinforcing its brand as a UNESCO Creative City.

A symposium was held in Hue city in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on September 22, seeking measures to help the ancient capital achieve a listing in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) thanks to its culinary artistry.

The ancient city of Hoi An and Wernigerode, its twin town in Germany, jointly inaugurated the Hoi An Garden at the Miniaturen Park ‘Kleiner Harz’ in Wernigerode in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the friendship of the two cities (2013-2023) and the third ‘lantern festival’ on August 25-27.

The STEAMese Festival 2023 with the theme of igniting creativity and unlocking passion, took place in Hanoi on August 27, attracting the participation of numerous students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions.
