VOV.VN - So far the United States, Japan, Taiwan (China), Singapore and Cambodia have approved Vietnam’s request to resume their regular air routes as of January 1, 2022, revealed an official of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).

VOV.VN - Regular international flights carrying passengers in both directions between the nation and Japan will be operated by Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Japan Airlines, and All Nippon Airways as of January 1, 2022.

Vietnam Airlines is planning to resume regular international flights linking Vietnam with 15 countries and territories in the first half of 2022.

With permission from the authorities of countries, budget carrier Vietjet Air expects to reopen regular international flights starting January 1 next year.
