VOV.VN - The retail price of RON95, the common petrol for domestic use in Vietnam, rose VND410 to VND21,000 per litre, as of 3p.m. on December 19, according to the latest price adjustment cycle by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
