The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) is carrying out measures to create sustainable employment, as many businesses are forced to cut the number of their employees, although the labour market is showing signs of recovery in the second quarter of this year.
The workforce of Vietnam has recovered quickly and the labour supply chain was not cracked down, Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung told the National Assembly (NA)’s fourth session on October 28.
Building stable labour supply chains with labourers put at the centre of all policies and emphasis laid on ensuring income and social security is one of the solutions to post-pandemic economic recovery.
