Vietnam’s international aviation market has gradually recovered in the first nine months with an increase in the number of foreign passengers, said the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority (CAAV).

VOV.VN - The domestic aviation market is set to continue to grow in the second half of 2023, while the international market is expected to recover at a faster rate than the initial months of the year, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).

VOV.VN - Vietnam welcomed approximately 3.7 million foreign tourists in the first four months of the year, a figure 19.2 times higher than that of the same period last year, and meeting 46% of the target set for 2023, the General Statistics Office (GSO) said on April 29.

VOV.VN - Current efforts to reopen international flights after a hiatus of nearly two years due to the ravaging impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is viewed as a "revival" medicine for airlines and the local tourism industry, as well as economic recovery as a whole.
