VOV.VN - The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the General Department of Vietnam Customs unveiled an action plan comprising of 21 solutions aimed at improving the operational efficiency of Cat Lai container port, during a workshop held on May 19 in Ho Chi Minh City.
