Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister (FM) Pham Gia Khiem held bilateral meetings with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of ASEAN foreign ministers meetings with partners in Bali, Indonesia, on July 22.
