The Central Commission for Communication and Education organized a meeting on July 22 to discuss the efficiency of communication and education processes among party committees under the Party’s Central Committee.

They also examined the communicative efficiency of socio-political organizations in the first half of 2011.

Over the past six months, these organizations played an active role in disseminating the Party and State’s policies, and promoting the results of the 11th Party National Congress. They also helped inform people of the government’s solutions for curbing inflation, stabilizing the macroeconomy, and ensuring social security.

In addition, the party committees encouraged citizens to take part in National Assembly and People’s Councils elections, and to continue to frustrate ‘peaceful evolution’ schemes in ideology and culture.

However, they also saw certain shortcomings, including a poor grasp of the feelings and psychology of cadres and inadequate handling of burning issues among people.
