VOV.VN - Vietnam Airlines has expanded its international flight network with the opening of a new route connecting the capital of Hanoi with Chengdu of China, helping to promote trade and tourism between the two cities and two countries.

Pacific Airlines will resume the operation of domestic flights on June 26 with a plane transferred by its parent company Vietnam Airlines Group, according to Tuoi tre (Youth) newspaper.

The first flight with 162 passengers on board departing from Lijang, China’s Yunnan province landed safely at Cat Bi International Airport in the northern port city of Hai Phong on June 15.

Joining the vibrant summer season, starting from July 19, Vietjet will double the frequency of flights between Nha Trang and Busan (the Republic of Korea), providing more travel options between major cities of the RoK and Vietnam with attractive promotions.
