The Vietnam Film Show 2025 is taking place in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, featuring free public screenings.

A screening of short films by Italian filmmakers will take place on July 10 at Casa Italia, an Italian cultural and branding centre in Hanoi.

An exhibition and film screening programme will be held in April to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the south and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – 2025), the Vietnam Film Institute announced.

In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 35th anniversary of the All-People Defence Festival, the Vietnamese student association in Russia organised a film screening, helping bridge historical understanding with patriotism among young overseas Vietnamese.
