VOV.VN - Hoi An Ancient Town in the central province of Quang Nam has kicked off a number of unique art and cultural activities aimed at welcoming in 2023, including a programme entitled "Artistic and creative path".
Many of Hanoi’s historical factories are being moved outside the city and experts are united in their calls for these locations to be set up as creative spaces, particularly as Hanoi is working towards joining UNESCO's creative cities network.
A seminar discussing the development of public spaces with the harmonisation of traditional and modern values in Hanoi was held by the municipal Department of Culture and Sports on October 4.

Hanoi plans to take various actions from now until 2025 to implement the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) initiatives to raise public awareness of the capital’s commitments to the network.
