VOV.VN - Vietnam’s Defence Minister Phan Van Giang and Singapore’s Minister for Defence and Coordinating Minister for Public Services, Chan Chun Sing agreed to enhance defence cooperation between the two countries, during their meeting in Singapore on May 31.
