Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a decision on an emergency allocation of VND100 billion (US$3.8 million) from the central budget reserve to assist Hue City in recovering from severe flood damage.

Finance Minister Ho Duc Phoc has affirmed that the State budget is enough for expenditures planned by the National Assembly (NA) and the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister has decided to add VND11.58 billion (US$500,000) from the central budget reserve in 2021 to the Ministry of Health to make contributions to the COVAX (COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access) Facility.
