Africa has remained a silver lining in trade between Vietnam and the world, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ha Kim Ngoc affirmed at a seminar held by the Foreign Ministry on November 1.

Farmers and businesses must improve product quality, and strictly follow the rules of origin and ensure food safety to boost fruit exports, experts said.

Hanoi is promoting agricultural exports by developing a chain from production to consumption of export agricultural products, according to the city’s Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
