As the Party Central Committee has released the full draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress for public feedback, scholars have shown strong interest, offering practical proposals that focus on key issues such as sustainable development, human development, and institutional improvement.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a meeting in Hanoi on December 26 to consider seven proposals on drafting laws, ordinances and two bills.

The Government has focused on the implementation of law-making and institutional improvement throughout 2022, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the government’s last monthly law-making session this year in Hanoi on December 26.
