Additional US$26.5 million in emergency aid earmarked for flood-hit provinces
Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh on November 21 signed a decision approving emergency funding worth VND700 billion (over US$26.5 million) to Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, and Dak Lak provinces to address aftermath caused by heavy rains and floods.
Emergency funding allocated to storm-hit localities
The Government will provide VND700 billion (US$25.5 million) from the 2025 central budget contingency fund to Hue city and the provinces of Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, and Dak Lak to support post-disaster recovery efforts.
