Vietnam–Laos cooperation has been continuously strengthened in a comprehensive, effective, and substantive manner, remarked member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son during his phone talks with Lao officials on July 28.

A delegation from Vietnam’s northern mountainous province of Dien Bien and Lao province of Luang Namtha signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two sides at their talks in Dien Bien Phu city on August 22.
