The Vietnam-UK Business Forum 2023 took place in Hanoi on November 24, as part of activities held by the Joint Committee on Economic and Trade Cooperation between Vietnam and the UK (JETCO) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their diplomatic ties.

A trade and investment promotion forum was held in London on October 16 by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the West London Chamber of Commerce (WLCC), bringing together businesses from the two countries.

“I am hugely excited that the two ambassadors are finalising this trade agreement by signing it today (December 29), cementing our historic ties and ushering in a bright future. I can’t wait to visit again”, Heather Wheeler, MP and Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy for Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam said in an interview with Vietnam News Agency correspondents.
