VOV.VN - Doc Let Beach in Khanh Hoa province, southcentral Vietnam, has been named one of the top 10 best beaches in Southeast Asia for a dose of winter sun by British daily newspaper Daily Mail.

The beach placed seventh on the list, which highlights destinations for sun-seekers during the winter months. The UK newspaper notes that Doc Let boasts white sand and clear water, offering a tranquil escape where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood, including grilled shrimp, crab, and squid. Accommodation averages around £47 per night, and a beer costs just £1.50.
Daily Mail compiled the list based on statistics from the transport booking platform Omio, which analysed 50 beaches across 10 Southeast Asian countries. Criteria included hotel and flight prices, on-beach food and drink costs, crowd levels, and beach and water quality.
Other beaches in the top 10 include Bang Bao Beach in Thailand, Pantai Tusan Bekenu in Malaysia, Iboih Beach and Nongsa Beach in Indonesia, Teluk Keke in Malaysia, Tanjung Tinggi Beach in Indonesia, Teluk Dalam Besar and Pantai Batu Burok in Malaysia, and Blue Lagoon in the Philippines.
