The National Assembly (NA) House and relevant offices in Hanoi will be open to the public for the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day, the NA Office announced on August 31.

Lawmakers voiced their support for the adoption of a parliamentary resolution on piloting special mechanisms and policies for developing social housing to accelerate the process and shorten the investment and construction timelines for such projects, during their group discussion as part of the 15th National Assembly (NA)’s 9th session on May 21.

Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue hosted a reception in Hanoi on May 13 for Lao Ambassador to Vietnam Sengphet Houngboungnuang, who was the first foreign ambassador to pay a courtesy visit to Hue as the top leader of the NA.

Chairwoman of the Lao National Assembly (NA) Pany Yathotou paid a visit on February 11 to officers and soldiers of Army Corps 11 of the Vietnam People’s Army who are working on the construction of the Lao NA House, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.
