The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) on November 25 announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) to strengthen cooperation in supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Vietnam – Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) under the University of Da Nang have signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) to cultivate skilled software professionals and facilitate their placement within small and medium-sized enterprises.
