On its official Fanpage and website, Miss World posted an article about Bao Ngoc under the headline "Reigning Miss World Vietnam Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc Champions Youth Climate Action at Vietnam Green Day 2025," highlighting her efforts to inspire youth, promote sustainable lifestyles, and drive climate action.

Miss World introduced "Vietnam Green Day 2025" as one of the largest environmental gatherings in the country, attracting more than 20,000 young participants.

“Getting ready to represent Vietnam at the 73rd Miss World in 2026, Bao Ngoc delivered a powerful message on climate responsibility, youth empowerment, and sustainable living, urging the next generation to take a leading role in protecting the planet,” Miss World’s article wrote.

Bao Ngoc is the founder of Gen Zero, a youth-led, non-profit platform dedicated to mobilising Vietnamese youth to take meaningful action toward solving climate change and supporting the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Through Gen Zero, she promotes the idea that young people are not just witnesses to the climate crisis they are essential agents of change.

“To love nature is not only a responsibility, but the essence of life itself. The survival of our planet is the survival of us all,” she shares.

Bao Ngoc, 24, stands at 1.86 metres tall and has body measurements of 87-63-98 cm. She was the first runner-up title at Miss World Vietnam 2022 and was later crowned Miss Intercontinental in Egypt later in the same year.

She was selected to represent Vietnam at the 73rd Miss World competition slated for February 2026 in India.
