The National Assembly (NA)’s Committee for Legal Affairs on September 29 reviewed the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Intellectual Property Law, under the chair of its Chairman Hoang Thanh Tung.

National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on August 13 worked with standing members of several NA committees on the verification of seven draft laws that will be submitted to the legislature at the second session of the 15th NA scheduled to take place at the end of this year.

Vietnam passed the intellectual property law few months after the enforcement of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
