World Michelin-starred chefs gather in Vietnam for 100 Flavors week event

VOV.VN - Thirteen Michelin-starred chefs from around the world are participating in the “100 Flavors – Michelin-Starred Chefs” event in Vietnam, marking the first time such a culinary lineup has showcased international haute cuisine blended with Vietnamese culinary heritage.

The week-long event runs from November 23 to 30, with two exclusive gala nights held in Hue City and Ho Chi Minh City. Aimed at promoting Vietnam’s landscapes and people through gastronomy, the programme selects Hue which is playing host to National Tourism Year 2025 as a key venue expected to highlight royal culinary traditions alongside global culinary excellence.

Throughout the week, visitors can join a series of activities designed to connect Michelin-starred chefs with Vietnamese culinary artisans. These events accompany Dinner Incredible, an international gastronomy project founded by chef Giorgio Diana, that has previously captivated food connoisseurs in cities like Rome (Italy), Tokyo (Japan), Singapore and New York (USA).

The highlight of the event will be 100 Flavors Showcase at La Vela Saigon Hotel in HCM City on November 26 and Hue Times Square on November 28. Chefs from France, Italy, the UK, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), and Vietnam will deliver an extraordinary fine dining experience.

They will perform live, crafting dishes that reflect their personal culinary signatures and the cultural richness of global cuisine. The experience will be elevated by curated music, artistic performances, and a luxurious ambiance.
