Vietnamese Deputy Minister of National Defence Sen. Lieut. Gen Hoang Xuan Chien delivered a keynote speech at the 12th ASEAN-Japan deputy defence ministers’ meeting in Tokyo on March 15.

Vietnam has always been an active and responsible member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and coordinated with Cambodia to contribute to the success of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits, which just concluded in Phnom Penh, a Cambodian scholar has said.

The Cambodia Culture Week opened in Ho Chi Minh City on September 28 evening, as part of the activities to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the establishment of the bilateral diplomatic ties and the Vietnam-Cambodia, Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Year 2022.
