Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s official visit to Indonesia from August 22-24 will help strengthen political trust, consolidate friendship and boost cooperation, deepening the two countries’ strategic partnership.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s visit to Thailand was fruitful, with the two PMs discussing frankly cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks, stated Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Dinh Quy.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his entourage arrived in Hanoi on August 19, concluding the first official visit to Thailand at the invitation of his Thai counterpart Prayut Chan-ocha.
