VOV.VN - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh and Ambassador Jaya Ratnam discussed measures to enhance Vietnam – Singapore cooperation in the fields of culture, sports, and tourism, during their meeting in Hanoi on May 12.

A delegation from the Communist Review led by its Editor-in-Chief Assoc. Prof Le Hai Binh is paying a working trip to India from November 21-26.
