Overseas Vietnamese (OV) intellectuals are a valuable resource for Vietnam, especially in the context that the country is entering a new era of the nation’s rise, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to Denmark Luong Thanh Nghi.

A delegation led by Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) visited the UK from December 7 to 18 to learn experience in scientific research assessment under an in-depth training programme organised by the University of Portsmouth and the Vietnamese Intellectual Society in the UK, Ireland (VIS).
