VOV.VN - Typhoon Bualoi, the 10th storm to hit Vietnam this year, has battered several central provinces with violent winds and prolonged downpours, inflicting severe damage on homes and infrastructure facilities and disrupting people’s lives.

The northern province of Bac Ninh is carefully checking infrastructure and facilities and giving the finishing touches to the works to ensure the successful organization of Boxing and Kickboxing events of the upcoming 31st Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
