Minister of State for Trade Policy under the UK Department for International Trade Greg Hands and UK Ambassador to Vietnam Gareth Ward visited British University Vietnam’s (BUV) campus and attended the Inauguration Ceremony of BUV’s newly expanded campus area.

Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission Tran Tuan Anh hailed the growing strategic partnership between Vietnam and the UK in various areas during a reception in Hanoi on June 23 for Minister of State for Trade Policy in the Department for International Trade of the UK Greg Hands.

The Vietnamese Government has issued a Resolution approving the UK-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (UKVFTA) and will complete procedures this month to officially bring it into force on May 1, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Dang Hoang An has said.
