VOV.VN - The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), the European Union in Vietnam, and the World Bank co-hosted the 4th High-Level Meeting of the Vietnam Energy Partnership Group (VEPG) in Hanoi on January 24.

By strengthening international cooperation in energy and completing mechanisms and policies in the field, Vietnam is working to improve the efficiency, sustainability and adapting capacity for the national energy sector.

VOV.VN - The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) on April 28 marked the completion of the five-year USAID Vietnam Low Emission Energy Program (V-LEEP).

National electricity demand is expected to increase by 8.5% a year until 2025 and 7% until 2030, making Vietnam an attractive market for foreign energy investors.
