One of the most prestigious archaeological sites in the country is set to undergo a lengthy period of restoration and preservation covering hundreds of hectares across the Mekong Delta.

Experts and cultural officials have believed that several artefacts discovered recently by a family while levelling their garden in Chau Ly commune, Quy Hop district in the central province of Nghe An could be up to 600 years old.

An exhibition themed “Bac Ninh with Ly Dynasty” officially opened at the Bac Ninh provincial Museum on October 14, as part of activities marking the 1010th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi (1010-2020) and towards the 13th National Party Congress.
