VOV.VN - Vietnam has so far received nearly US$16 million in emergency relief along with essential supplies from foreign governments and international organisations to support communities affected by recent severe floods and disasters, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

VOV.VN - On November 23, the 917th Regiment of the 370th Division (Air Defense – Air Force), urgently carried out airlift missions to deliver relief supplies to areas severely affected by floods in Central Vietnam.

A fundraising campaign launched by the Vietnamese Association in Macau (China) has drawn strong support from the local Vietnamese community to help compatriots at home overcome the consequences of recent storms and floods.

VOV.VN - UNICEF has provided water supplies to government partners for distribution to households, hospitals, health facilities and schools in three of the most impacted provinces by typhoon Yagi in Vietnam, said UNICEF Vietnam Representative Silvia Danailov.
