Vietnam remains committed to adhering to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and promoting international legal cooperation on maritime issues for peace, stability, and prosperity based on international law, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Manh Cuong.
