Vietnamese food has drawn much attention from Japanese consumers as it has been featured at the Foodex Japan 2025 - one of the largest international food and beverage exhibitions in Asia, which kicked off in Tokyo on March 11.

Vietnam International Café Show 2023, a coffee, food and beverage exhibition, opened in Ho Chi Minh City on April 13, attracting more than 400 domestic and international exhibitors.

Vietnamese enterprises are showcasing their products at "Foodex Japan 2022," the 47th edition of a leading food and beverage exhibition in Japan that opened on March 8.
