VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has reaffirmed the urgent need to complete at least 3,000 km of expressways by the end of 2025, a critical target set by the 13th National Party Congress.

VOV.VN - A groundbreaking ceremony was held on May 12 in the Red River Delta province of Thai Binh for the Ninh Binh – Hai Phong expressway project running through Nam Dinh and Thai Binh provinces under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, as well as the Hung Phu Industrial Park project.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that the Can Tho-Ca Mau expressway project must be completed by December 19, 2025 to welcome National Resistance Day, during his working trip to inspect the project on April 20.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has requested the completion of the North – South expressway from the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang to the southernmost province of Ca Mau by this year’s end.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a teleconference on March 18, connecting permanent Government members with ministries, agencies and localities to address bottlenecks stalling the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway project in the Mekong Delta.
