Vietnam stands ready to push forward the implementation of high-impact public–private partnership (PPP) projects as the country enters a new phase of institutional reform and project mobilisation, officials underlined at the 2025 High-Level PPP Dialogue, held in Hanoi on November 25.

Vietnam expects to mobilise around US$370 million in official development assistance (ODA) and foreign concessional loans in the last four months of 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.

Ho Chi Minh City has decided to spend over VND7 trillion (US$304 million) from its budget on infrastructure and equipment of health care units under the mid-term public investment plans for the 2021-2025 and 2025-2030 periods.
