The 80th anniversary of August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2) of Vietnam is not only a source of pride for the Vietnamese people, but also a moment of joy for neighbouring Laos.

Collectives and individuals of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security were honoured with prestigious orders from Laos and Cuba at a ceremony held in Hanoi on August 16.
