The establishment of the Natural Resources and Environment University was announced in Hanoi on January 23.

The Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s Central Committee has decided to convene the 11th National Party Congress in Hanoi from January 12 to 19.

The 11th National Party Congress in Vietnam was the one of inheritance, which was shown in the personnel election and political reports adopted at the Congress, said Philippe Delalande, a French expert on Vietnam who is also the author of “Vietnam Gragon Enpuissance” Book.

The 11th National Party Congress successfully closed on January 19. This was the biggest congress with the highest number of delegates (1,377) representing more than 3.6 million Party members.
